The focus of this training is to introduce the young puppy to birds and a variety of cover. Your puppy will be exposed to gunfire and basic yard work. The basic commands taught in this training include heel, come and other commands to develop them into a well mannered dog. This is a critical point in your puppy’s life, therefore your puppy will receive a lot of undivided attention during the stay.

Once your dog is beyond basic gun training and obedience, further training is available. Hunt test training for Junior thru Master will prepare your dog is compete in AKC Hunt Tests. Dale will work with you to handle your own dog. Yard work includes: whoa, heel, come, steady to wing and shot, stop to flush, retrieving and conditioning. All training is done in a manner that will build your dogs desire to hunt for you and WITH you. Dale also takes the time to work with each client when you pick up your dog and encourages owners to call with any questions regarding the dog’s training to ensure continued success.
